Below are the books you must purchase for honors American literature. Please note that they are listed in the order they will be read and I strongly advise you to purchase them sooner rather than later. Barnes & Noble is aware of the books we cover here at Hillgrove, but I would suggest something like Amazon.com as a cheaper resource since you have a little time until our first reading.

Also, remember to purchase a vocabulary book by Friday, January 20, 2012. The cost is $10, payable by check (Hillgrove High School) or cash. The cost is more than previous years due to an increase in prices for the vocabulary books.
