 LUNES [27 febrero]: While I was at a Foreign Language in-service, students watched a documentary on Argentina and completed guided notes from the video.  They also completed a culture packet on Argentina. Tarea-Conjugation sheets on verbs 1-25 and Destinos 13 worksheet.

 MARTES [28 febrero]:School of Excellence Assembly-Download Agenda Day 34 We reviewed the conjugation of verbs 1-11. Tarea-Workbook Core p. 12.

MIÉRCOLES [29 febrero]: Homeroom Schedule-Download Agenda Day 35 We reviewed the homework and students created sentences in the preterite using irregular verbs. We added more irregular verbs to the FUJI organizer and played the "dots" game.  Tarea-Workbook Core p. 11 Download Fuji

JUEVES [1 marzo]: Download Agenda Day 36 We reviewed the homework and completed the game of dots.  We practiced listening skills with 2 listening excersises.  Tarea-Workbook will be taken up tomorrow-p. 27-32 in the guided side will be checked.  The ABCD preterite sentences worksheet is due tomorrow.  Bring your FUJI for the quiz!  Bring your headphones for Destinos in the lab.

VIERNES [2 marzo]: Prueba del FUJI-Bring the FUJI organizer to class! Download Agenda Day 37 Tarea-Destinos 14=Tuesday.  Test on Thursday over Destinos 1-14.

 LUNES [20 febrero]:President's Day-No school.

 MARTES [21 febrero]:Download Agenda Day 29 Students watched episode 3 of Extra and answered comprehension questions.  Groups created the final scene of the camping story and practiced presenting them. Tarea-Destinos 12.

MIÉRCOLES [22 febrero]: Homeroom Schedule-Download Agenda Day 30 Groups presented their camping stories.

JUEVES [23 febrero]:Download Agenda Day 31 Students completed quiz/test corrections and the graphic organizer for irregular verbs in the preterite. Download Fuji

VIERNES [24 febrero]: Download Agenda Day 32 Students watched and completed comprehension worksheet for Destinos 13 in the lab.Tarea-Bring textbook and workbook to class on Monday!  Conjugation sheets for verbs 1-25 (Preterite) are due on Tuesday, Destinos 13 is due on Tuesday.  Next quiz is next Friday over verbs 1-25=meanings, application to sentences in preterite tense.

 LUNES [13 febrero]:Download Agenda Day 24 Download Preterito1 Students reviewed preterite tense-regular verbs, and -car, -gar, -zar verbs.  The power pt. is uploaded for reference.  Students watched Destinos 11 in the computer lab.  Tarea-Guided Workbook-pages 15-18, Destinos 11 is due by Wednesday, Grammar Quiz on Friday over the preterite tense verbs on pages 17 & 19 in the textbook.

 MARTES [14 febrero]:Download Agenda Day 25 Tarea-Workbook Core p. 7 & 8.

MIÉRCOLES [15 febrero]: Homeroom Schedule-Download Agenda Day 26  Destinos 11 is due by Friday, Grammar Quiz on Friday over the preterite tense verbs on pages 17 & 19 in the textbook

JUEVES [16 febrero]:Students played Battleship using verbs in the preterite tense. They began preparing scenes from a camping story to present to the class.  Destinos 11 due tomorrow.  Quiz tomorrow over the preterite-regular verbs, hacer, ver, dar, ir, ser, -car, -gar, and -zar verbs.

VIERNES [17 febrero]: Grammar Quiz-Preterite Tense-Textbook, p. 17 & 19.  Destinos 12 in the lab.

 LUNES [6 febrero]:Download Agenda Day 19 We completed listening exercises and comprehension exercises using the vocabulary.  Students applied the verbs conocer and saber to context after a review and practice with the verbs. Tarea-La crucigrama/la palabra worksheet.  Prueba-Thursday over vocabulary, Friday over the verbs-conocer/saber and ser/estar.

 MARTES [7 febrero]:Download Agenda Day 20 We continued listening comprehension practice with the vocabulary and watched Extra 2. Tarea-Textbook-p. 26 ex. 4 & 5.  Prueba-Thursday over vocabulary, Friday over the verbs-conocer/saber and ser/estar.

MIÉRCOLES [8 febrero]: Homeroom Schedule-Download Agenda Day 21 We reviewed ser and estar after finishing the episode of Extra.  Students created sentences for each one of ser and estar's applications.  Tarea-Textbook p. 40 ex. 32.  Prueba=Quiz-Tomorrow over vocabulary, Friday over the verbs-conocer/saber and ser/estar.

JUEVES [9 febrero]:Vocab Quiz Download Agenda Day 22 We played a vocabulary review game, completed the vocab quiz, and applied estar and ser to sentences.  The answers for the saber/conocer sentences are uploaded here:Download Saber vs. Conocer FIB respuestas  The answers for the estar/ser sentences are uploaded here:Download Las Respuestas y Las razones Quiz tomorrow over saber/conocer and ser/estar.  You will have to apply (chose) which verb is correct for the sentence.  And, the verb will need to be conjugated for the sentence.
