Earth Systems - Week of May 11th

Monday, 05/11/09:  Powerpoints are due today for the Presentations that will begin tomorrow through Thursday.  Everyone will need to choose the important information from Chapter 24 that relates to GA Standards 6, 6a, 6b, and 6c (check your binder for a copy of the standards that were handed out at the beginning of the semester) to prepare for tomorrow.

Tuesday, 05/12/09:  Presentations will begin today beginning with Chapter 24- these will include the teaching of the chapter with your creations of activities for the other students to assist in their understanding of the material you will be covering in Chapter 24 (you know who you are!)  Everyone once again will need to choose the important information from Chapter 25 that relates to GA Standards 6, 6a, 6b, and 6c in order to prepare for tomorrow.

Wednesday, 05/13/09: Presentation of Chapter 25.  Everyone once again will need to choose the important information from Chapter 26 in order to prepare for tomorrow that relates to GA Standards 6, 6a, 6b, and 6c

Thursday, 05/14/09:  Presentation of Chapter 26.  Everyone once again will need to choose the important information from Chapter 28 in order to prepare for tomorrow that relates to GA Standards 6, 6a, 6b, and 6c.

Friday, 05/15/09:  Everyone once again will need to choose the important information from Chapters 28 and Chapter 19.2 that relates to GA Standards 6, 6a, 6b, and 6c.  Begin to review for your final exam scheduled for early next week!

Conceptual Physics - Week of May 4th

TWO ways you could increase your average: complete the assignments on www.myskillstutor.com          and/or www.usatestprep.com (hillgrovega, password: newton78).  When logging onto skillstutor make sure to type in your "school" name withOUT a space between your first and last name.  You will have to decide what password you will use and re-type it as pertaining to the instructions. You have 2 assignments that you MUST earn at least 80% on in order to get credit.                Either or both of these assignments will be graded by May 18th, Monday, at 3:25 PM in order to receive credit.  Absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS will be made, so get started NOW!Thank you.
