We will continue working on the annotated bibliography today.  The Annotated bibliography is due Wednesday.  The bibliography must be typed with at least 10 sources and 2 paragraphs per source.  Remember, the first paragraph summarizes the article and the second paragraph states where and why you will use this article in your paper.

Today, we will also write the question and thesis answer which will serve as the thesis for your paper. 

E.G. How do film and digital camera's compare and contrast?  The answer to this question will be the thesis for your essay.

3) Mark sentence types clearly above the first word in each sentence.  Underline main sentence subjects ONCE and main sentence verbs TWICE.  Simple (s), Compund (cp), Complex (cx), Compound Complex (cpcx).

4) Discuss Grades and check rough drafts

Sorry I was out Friday guys.  It was unexpected, but all is well now. 

I hope you guys are working on your rough drafts as I will check you off on Tuesday, and we will work on the introductions and conclusions.  We are also going to analyze some of your sentences and get prepared for editing the rough draft.  Your final copy is due this week so make sure you plan accordingly.

We will review vocabulary and have the quiz on Tuesday of this week.  On Friday we will have a cumulative units 1-3 test on vocabulary.  We will also have a grammar quiz this week so make sure you review phrases (adjective and adverb)

Again, go check your grades on-line and see me before or after school if you have any issues.
