Illicit Drug Project

Next week, we will begin working on our Illict Drug projects in the classroom.  The students were placed in groups today in class and will be dividing up the work.  They need to research their topic and bring their information to class on Monday, February 7.  The following drugs are the ones we are researching.  The rubric for the project is listed below. 

Group 1-Amphetamines

Group 2-Cocaine/Crack

Group 3-Heroin

Group 4-Inhalants

Group 5-LSD

Group 6-Marijuana

Group 7-Ecstasy (MDMA)

Group 8-Anabolic Steroids

Next week, we will begin working on our Illicit Drug projects in the classroom. The students were placed in groups today in class and will be dividing up the work. They need to research their topic and bring their information to class on Monday, February 7. The following drugs are the ones we are researching. The rubric for the project is listed below. The students will also have to write a paper explaining what would happen if their drug became legal. Students in group 4 may choose a separate drug to write their paper about. The rubric for the paper is below as well.
